✨ Sedona Women’s Trip 2026 | Nourish Your Soul in the Red Rocks ✨
Our four-day women’s trip in Sedona is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Together we’ll share in the beauty of sisterhood—exploring sacred canyons, soaking in the stillness of starlit nights, and allowing the healing energy of Sedona’s vortexes to realign your body, mind, and spirit. Every detail of this journey has been designed to help you soften, breathe deeply, and rediscover the light that’s always been within you.
Our days will flow between adventure and restoration—morning hikes through breathtaking canyons, creative moments under the trees, aura photos to capture your inner glow, and evenings spent around nourishing home-cooked meals and heartfelt conversation. Between the red rocks and the laughter, you’ll find space to listen to your intuition, release what’s no longer serving you, and step into deeper connection—with nature, with others, and with yourself.
By the time we close our final circle at the Sedona Peace Park, you’ll feel renewed, grounded, and inspired—carrying home a sense of clarity, gratitude, and soul-deep calm that will linger long after the desert sunsets fade. This isn’t just a getaway—it’s a homecoming to yourself.
It's time to do something that's JUST for YOU ❤️

Welcome to Sedona! Arrive at our home nestled in the red rocks anytime after 3 PM and settle into your space. We’ll gather for refreshing welcome mocktails and appetizers as everyone arrives, followed by our opening connection circle to ground, share intentions, and begin weaving our sisterhood. Later, we’ll enjoy a cozy homemade pizza and salad night before heading out for an evening hike beneath the golden desert light. We’ll close the night unwinding under the stars in the hot tub—our first taste of Sedona magic together.
We’ll begin the day with a light breakfast before heading out to Boynton Canyon, one of Sedona’s most powerful vortex sites. Our seven-mile hike invites exploration and wonder—climbing into caves, connecting with the land, and soaking in the canyon’s sacred energy. After our adventure, we’ll shift into a softer, creative flow with aura photos and lunch beneath the Sycamore trees at Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, where inspiration is everywhere. The evening brings us home for a nourishing, home-cooked dinner and space to relax, reflect, and enjoy the sweetness of sisterhood.
We’ll greet the day with a sunrise hike through one of Sedona’s serene canyons, welcoming the morning light as it dances across the red rocks. West Fork Trail, a lush and winding canyon walk surrounded by fall colors and creek crossings— 5.3 miles of pure wonder. We’ll refuel with a cozy stop at Indian Gardens Café, then return home for the afternoon to rest and integrate. As evening arrives, settle into a deeply restorative yoga and reiki session, followed by a nourishing dinner shared together at home—a gentle close to a day of exploration and renewal.
On our final morning together, we’ll share a nourishing breakfast before setting out for a peaceful hike to the Sedona Stupa & Peace Park, a sacred place to reflect, give thanks, and integrate all that this journey has offered. As we close our circle and prepare for departures, may you carry the serenity, connection, and renewed light of Sedona within you—until we meet again.
